Refunds will not be issued once the booking has been confirmed.
To reschedule a session, customers must provide notice at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time. There is no limit to the number of times a customer can reschedule.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. If a customer arrives late but within the 15-minute grace period, the session proceeds as scheduled. Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in 100% forfeiture of the deposit and necessitates rescheduling.

Rescheduling is contingent upon photographer availability, which customers can inquire about via Lucid@LucidAperture.com or our Booking Now Page. While we endeavor to accommodate rescheduling requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.
The deposit confirms commitment to attending the session. Payment for additional items such as Additional Vehicles, Locations, Extra Prints, or Photos will be settled at the session.
Customers have a 20-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. If within this grace period, sessions proceed as scheduled. Exceeding the grace period results in 100% deposit forfeiture and necessitates rescheduling.
Cancellations do not qualify for refunds. Instead, customers may reschedule their session to another available date and time, provided the request is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session.
